- 1 box (18.3 oz) brownie mix
- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 3 cups crispy rice cereal
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease or line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix, melted butter, and eggs until well blended.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out mostly clean.
- Remove from the oven, sprinkle mini marshmallows on top, and return to bake for an additional 5 minutes until marshmallows are puffed and lightly golden.
- In a separate bowl, mix crispy rice cereal with melted butter until evenly coated.
- Sprinkle the cereal mixture over the marshmallows and let cool completely before cutting into squares.
