Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt. In another bowl, mix milk and eggs; gradually add to dry ingredients until smooth.
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet or fryer to 350°F (175°C). Test by dropping in a small amount of batter; it should sizzle immediately.
- Using a piping bag or squeeze bottle, pipe small circular shapes into the hot oil and fry until golden brown (about 1 minute per side).
- Remove bites with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
- Dust warm bites generously with powdered sugar before serving.
