Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out thawed puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into rectangles (approximately 4×6 inches).
- In a bowl, combine the fruit filling with softened cream cheese and sugar until well mixed.
- Spoon a moderate amount of filling onto half of each pastry rectangle. Avoid overfilling.
- Fold the pastry over the filling and seal edges with a fork. Brush the tops with egg wash.
- Bake on the prepared baking sheet for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
