Instructions
- Pop the popcorn kernels using an air popper or stovetop method until you have about 8 cups of popped corn.
- Melt the unsalted butter in a microwave-safe bowl for 30-45 seconds.
- Stir in the hot honey until fully combined.
- In a large bowl, drizzle the butter-honey mixture over the popcorn and toss gently until evenly coated.
- Sprinkle with sea salt and mix again to distribute well.
- Serve immediately or allow it to cool for added crunch.
