- 10 ounces fresh spinach
- 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar and mozzarella)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Sauté the thoroughly washed spinach in a skillet over medium heat until wilted, then finely chop.
- In a mixing bowl, blend softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Stir in shredded cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Gently fold in chopped spinach until well mixed.
- Pour into a greased baking dish and top with reserved shredded cheese.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
