- 1 package (17.3 oz) puff pastry sheets
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella and cheddar blend)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix chopped spinach, cream cheese, shredded cheese, and garlic powder until well combined.
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface to about 1/8 inch thick; cut into 3-inch squares.
- Place a spoonful of the filling in the center of each square; fold diagonally to form triangles and seal with a fork.
- Brush tops with beaten egg for shine and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving warm.
