  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella and cheddar blend)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix chopped spinach, cream cheese, shredded cheese, and garlic powder until well combined.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface to about 1/8 inch thick; cut into 3-inch squares.
  4. Place a spoonful of the filling in the center of each square; fold diagonally to form triangles and seal with a fork.
  5. Brush tops with beaten egg for shine and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before serving warm.
