- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened (2 packages)
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup fresh blackberries
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well mixed. Press firmly into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese and sugar together until smooth and fluffy.
- Gently fold in half of the fresh blackberries into the cream cheese mixture.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the prepared crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least four hours or until set (overnight is best).
- Remove from the springform pan, top with remaining blackberries, slice, and serve cold.
