- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup natural peanut butter
- ½ cup honey or pure maple syrup
- ½ cup dark chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats and dark chocolate chips (if using).
- In another bowl, mix together peanut butter and honey (or maple syrup) until smooth.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until thoroughly combined.
- Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners and scoop the mixture into each liner, pressing firmly to shape.
- Refrigerate for at least one hour until set.
