- 4 cups fresh peaches, diced

- 2 cups whipped topping
- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
- Wash and peel the peaches; dice them into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat with an electric mixer until smooth.
- Gently fold in the whipped topping until well combined.
- Add the diced peaches to the cream cheese mixture and stir gently to coat evenly.
- In a separate small bowl, mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter until crumbly.
- Transfer the fruit salad to a serving dish or individual cups. Top with the crumble mixture and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
