- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 8 oz medium shells or penne pasta
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- ½ cup dry white wine (or chicken broth)
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Optional: red pepper flakes for heat
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a large baking dish.
- Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add shrimp and cook until pink.
- Stir in the cooked pasta and white wine (or broth); season with salt, pepper, and optional red pepper flakes.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
