- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine chopped spinach, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, and garlic powder until well blended.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them two inches apart. Flatten each scoop slightly.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until edges are golden brown and crispy.
- Allow to cool slightly on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Serve warm as a delicious appetizer or snack.
