- ¼ cup balsamic glaze
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) and place a pizza stone inside if using.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and transfer it to a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Spread an even layer of mozzarella cheese over the dough.
- Place sliced peaches evenly atop the cheese.
- Layer prosciutto slices over the peaches, spacing them out for even flavor distribution.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from the oven, drizzle balsamic glaze on top, and serve warm.
