Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your loaf pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine mashed bananas, melted butter, beaten egg, and vanilla extract; whisk until blended.
- In another bowl, mix flour, baking soda, and salt until combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture; stir gently until just combined.
- Fold in sugar and chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 60-65 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean from the center.
- Allow it to cool for 10 minutes in the pan before transferring to a wire rack.
