Ingredients
- 1 bunch (10 oz) spinach
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 stalk green onion, chopped
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons toasted sesame seeds
Instructions
- Trim the ends of the spinach and chop into 2-inch pieces.
- Boil water in a large pot with salt; add spinach and blanch for 30 seconds.
- Transfer spinach to an ice bath to cool quickly; squeeze out excess water.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cooled spinach with minced garlic, chopped green onion, soy sauce, salt, sesame oil, and sesame seeds.
- Mix thoroughly and serve immediately.
