Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Slice puff pastry into 8 rectangles and score edges with a knife; poke center with a fork.
- Mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth; place spoonfuls onto pastry squares.
- Top with cranberry sauce; brush edges with beaten egg wash.
- Bake for about 16 minutes until golden brown.
