- Olive oil spray for baking
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded turkey and leftover stuffing until well blended.
- Add eggs, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper; mix until combined.
- Shape the mixture into golf ball-sized spheres.
- Place the balls on the prepared baking sheet and mist with olive oil spray.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
