- 1 lb baby potatoes

- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (176°C) and cut slits in each potato.
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, lemon juice, honey, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the potatoes with the oil mixture using a basting brush.
- Roast in the oven for about 1 hour, basting halfway through until golden brown and tender.
