- 1/3 cup Newman's Own Classic Oil and Vinegar Dressing
- 1/3 cup basil pesto
- 3 tablespoons fresh-squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Spike Seasoning
Instructions
- Trim and cut chicken breasts into 2-inch pieces.
- In a bowl, mix together dressing, basil pesto, lemon juice, and seasoning.
- Marinate chicken in the mixture for at least 8 hours in a Ziploc bag.
- Drain the marinated chicken before grilling.
- Preheat the grill to medium heat and cook skewered chicken for about 15 minutes, turning frequently until cooked through.
