Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.

- Add eggs one at a time to the mixture, then stir in lemon juice and zest.

- While cooling, whisk together powdered sugar, lemon juice, and milk for the glaze.
