  • 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 cup white cheddar cheese
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Panko bread crumbs for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add spinach until wilted or heated through if using frozen.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese with heavy cream until smooth. Stir in sautéed spinach, Parmesan cheese, white cheddar cheese, salt, black pepper, and mix well.
  4. Transfer mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly. Top with Panko bread crumbs mixed with melted butter.
