Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350° F (175° C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine diced mango, sugar, lemon zest, and juice; mix well.
- In a food processor, pulse together flour, cold butter, sugar, vanilla extract, and sea salt until crumbly. Add water and pulse until the mixture holds together.
- In a glass baking dish, layer half of the crumble mixture as the base; press down gently.
- Pour the mango filling over the base and top with the remaining crumble mixture.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until golden brown.
