- 2 cups all-purpose flour

- 1 tablespoon milk (for glaze)
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F and spray a donut pan with non-stick cooking spray.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and pumpkin pie spice.
- In another bowl, mix eggs, pumpkin puree, vanilla extract, milk, and melted butter until smooth. Gradually add dry ingredients and mix until combined.
- Fill a piping bag with the batter and pipe it into the donut pan wells.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until donuts spring back when touched. Cool slightly before transferring to a wire rack.
- Prepare glaze by whisking together powdered sugar, milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
- Dip each cooled donut into the glaze and let it set on a wire rack.
