Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs flank steak
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp fresh-squeezed juice
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the Marinade: In a bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, fresh-squeezed juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and olive oil until well combined.
- Marinate the Steak: Rub steak with your chosen steak rub (if using) and place it in a Ziploc bag. Pour in the marinade, seal tightly, and refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight.
- Grill the Steak: Preheat grill to high heat (450-500°F). Remove steak from fridge and let it come to room temperature. Grill for about 3 minutes on each side until marked and cooked to an internal temperature of 130°F for medium rare.
- Rest and Slice: Allow steak to rest covered with foil for 5-10 minutes. Slice thinly against the grain before serving.
