Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin pan.
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, onion, garlic, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until combined.
- Divide the mixture evenly among muffin cups.
- For the glaze, whisk together ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard; brush over each muffin.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C). Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
