- 1 lb skinless, boneless chicken breasts (cut into cubes)
- 1 tablespoon Hidden Valley® Simply Ranch: Cucumber Basil Ranch
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh oregano
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 dashes cayenne pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (+ 1 tablespoon for grilling)
- Optional: cherry tomatoes, lemon wedges, fresh parsley
Instructions
- Marinate the Chicken: In a mixing bowl, combine Hidden Valley® Simply Ranch, oregano, lemon juice, salt, cayenne pepper, and olive oil. Mix well and coat the chicken pieces thoroughly. Let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat the Grill: Heat your grill to medium-high.
- Grill the Chicken: Place marinated chicken on the grill. Cook each side for about 4-5 minutes until charred and fully cooked. If using cherry tomatoes, grill them briefly until plump.
- Serve: Remove from heat and serve warm with extra ranch dressing for dipping along with lemon wedges and grilled tomatoes if desired.
