Ingredients
- 1 slice sourdough or whole-grain bread
- 1 ripe avocado

- 34 green olives
- Fresh parsley

Instructions
- Boil the eggs for about 6-7 minutes for a soft yolk. Cool under cold water, peel, and halve.
- Toast your bread until golden brown.
- Spread diced avocado over the toast. Top with halved eggs, feta cubes, sliced tomatoes, and olives.
- Season with salt and black pepper. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving. Enjoy!
