- 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 0.5 cups unsalted butter (melted)
- 3 packages cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup caramel sauce (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until mixed. Press into the bottom of a springform pan to create an even crust.
- In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese and granulated sugar with an electric mixer until smooth. Add eggs one at a time and mix well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
- Pour the cream cheese filling over the prepared crust and bake for about 45 minutes until slightly jiggly in the center. Turn off the oven and let it cool inside for an hour.
- After cooling, refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. Before serving, drizzle with caramel sauce.
