- 1 fresh peach (sliced)
- 3 to 4 oz cream cheese (room temperature)
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Cinnamon and ginger (for flavor)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, and diced cold butter until crumbly.
- Mix ice water and vinegar; gradually add to the dough until it holds together.
- Shape the dough into a disc, wrap in plastic wrap, and chill for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Roll out the dough into squares and shape into tart shells on a baking sheet.
- Layer two slices of cream cheese in each tart shell, drizzle with honey mixture, and top with peach slices.
- Bake for 18-22 minutes until golden brown; cool slightly before serving.
