Ingredients
- 12 oz cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2/3 cup peanut butter
- 2 1/2 tbsp milk
- 1 1/4 cups heavy whipping cream, cold
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 tbsp natural unsweetened cocoa powder
- 5 tbsp powdered sugar
- 12 oz bag mini Reese’s, chopped
- Chocolate sauce
Instructions
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese with sugar and brown sugar until smooth. Mix in peanut butter and milk; set aside.
- In another bowl, whip heavy cream with vanilla extract, cocoa powder, and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
- Layer peanut butter cheesecake mixture in cups, followed by chopped mini Reese’s and chocolate sauce. Repeat layers and finish with whipped cream on top.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving to let flavors meld.
