Ingredients
- 4 cups Cheerios
- 4 cups crisp rice cereal
- 2 cups dry roasted peanuts
- 2 cups M&M's
- 2 cups light corn syrup
- 1 ¾ cups sugar
- 2 ½ cups creamy peanut butter
- 1 ¾ teaspoons vanilla
Instructions
- Spray a 15” x 10” x 1” baking pan with non-stick spray.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine Cheerios, crisp rice cereal, peanuts, and M&M's; mix gently.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, bring corn syrup and sugar to a boil, stirring frequently. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and vanilla until smooth.
- Pour syrup mixture over dry ingredients; toss until well coated.
- Spread the mixture into the prepared pan and press down firmly. Allow to cool before cutting into bars.
