  • 4 cups crisp rice cereal
  • 2 cups dry roasted peanuts
  • 2 cups M&M's
  • 2 cups light corn syrup
  • 1 ¾ cups sugar
  • 2 ½ cups creamy peanut butter
  • 1 ¾ teaspoons vanilla

Instructions

  1. Spray a 15” x 10” x 1” baking pan with non-stick spray.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine Cheerios, crisp rice cereal, peanuts, and M&M's; mix gently.
  3. In a saucepan over medium heat, bring corn syrup and sugar to a boil, stirring frequently. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Pour syrup mixture over dry ingredients; toss until well coated.
  5. Spread the mixture into the prepared pan and press down firmly. Allow to cool before cutting into bars.
