Ingredients
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 ¼ cups light corn syrup
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup peanuts
- 6 cups Cheerios
Instructions
- Spray a 9×13-inch baking pan with nonstick spray.
- In a medium saucepan, combine sugar and corn syrup; bring to a boil over medium heat while stirring.
- Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and vanilla until smooth.
- In a large mixing bowl, add Cheerios and peanuts; pour the peanut butter mixture over them and stir until well combined.
- Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared pan, pressing down gently. Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars.
