Ingredients
- 3/4 cup diced strawberries
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 4 graham crackers, coarsely crumbled (for garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare the strawberries by dicing them and mixing with sugar. Let them sit for about 10 minutes to release their juices.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth using an electric mixer. Gradually add sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract while mixing until well combined.
- In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
- Add the macerated strawberries along with their juices to the mixture and fold carefully for even distribution.
- Sprinkle in crumbled graham crackers and gently mix them in.
- Transfer the mixture to a freezer-safe container, smooth out the top, cover tightly, and freeze for at least 8 hours or overnight.
