Ingredients
- 2 rolls of puff pastry
- 6 tbsp Nutella
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- 1 tbsp icing sugar (for dusting)
Instructions
- Unroll one piece of puff pastry on a clean surface and spread Nutella evenly over it.
- Layer the second piece of puff pastry on top and press down gently to seal.
- Use a star cookie cutter to cut shapes from the layered pastry.
- On parchment paper, trace a circle using a dinner plate and arrange the stars in a wreath shape.
- Whisk the egg and brush over the stars for a golden finish.
- Bake at 200°C (fan) for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving, dust with icing sugar.
