Ingredients
- 1 lb pasta (your choice of shape)
- 2 cups Italian dressing
- 1 packet dry Italian dressing mix
- 1 8-oz jar sun-dried tomatoes
- 1 can pitted black olives, drained
- 1 pint grape tomatoes, diced
- 1 English cucumber, diced
- 1 red onion, diced
Instructions
- Cook the pasta in salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain well (do not rinse) and place in a large mixing bowl.
- While the pasta is still warm, stir in the Italian dressing and dry Italian dressing mix until evenly coated.
- Chop the sun-dried tomatoes and mix them into the pasta. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- When ready to serve, add black olives, grape tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion to the pasta mixture. Toss well to combine.
