- 1 cup Colby Jack cheese
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons white apple vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- ½ teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Cook ditalini pasta in salted water according to package instructions until al dente; rinse under cold water.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cooled pasta with broccoli, red onion, red bell pepper, cucumber, olives, and cheese.
- Whisk together mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl until smooth.
- Pour dressing over the pasta mixture and gently fold until all ingredients are coated.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
