Instructions
- Make chocolate cupcakes using your favorite recipe and allow them to cool completely.
- Prepare two batches of Best Buttercream Frosting.
- Divide the frosting into three portions: leave one white, tint one red, and one blue using food coloring.
- Starting with red frosting, pipe two circles on each cupcake's edge.
- Switch to white frosting and add two smaller circles inside the red ones.
- Finish with blue frosting by swirling it into a peak at the top.
