Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease two 8×4-inch loaf pans.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In a large bowl, whisk sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla.
- Stir in the mashed bananas until just combined.
- Gently fold in the dry ingredients until fully incorporated.
- Add chopped walnuts using a rubber spatula.
- Divide batter between loaf pans and bake for 35-45 minutes or until a knife inserted comes out clean.
- Cool in pans for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
