Ingredients
- 5 green tea bags
- 2 large ripe peaches (peeled)
- 1/2 cup honey
- 5 cups water (divided)
Instructions
- In a large pot, boil 4 cups of water. Remove from heat and steep the green tea bags for 3-5 minutes.
- While the tea steeps, chop the peaches and blend them with 1/2 cup water and honey until smooth.
- After steeping, remove the tea bags and pour the brewed tea into a pitcher. Mix in the peach puree thoroughly.
- Refrigerate for at least two hours before serving over ice, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
