Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Grate frozen butter into dry ingredients and mix until coarse crumbs form.
- In another bowl, combine yogurt, cream, egg, and vanilla; then add to dry mixture and fold gently.
- Incorporate diced peaches and knead lightly until dough forms.
- Shape into an 8-inch round on a floured surface and cut into wedges.
- Transfer to the baking sheet and bake for 16-18 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool slightly and drizzle with glaze made from powdered sugar and milk.
