Instructions
- Prepare the peanut butter dough by beating together peanut butter, softened butter, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Mix in the egg and vanilla extract, then gradually add flour, baking soda, and salt until combined. Set aside.
- For the brownie dough, whisk melted butter with white sugar before stirring in cocoa powder, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth. Mix in flour, baking powder, and salt before gently folding in chocolate chips.
- Chill both doughs in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to firm them up.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Scoop small amounts of each dough onto a lined baking sheet and use a toothpick to swirl them together.
- Bake for 9-11 minutes or until edges are set but centers remain soft. Allow cooling before serving.
