Ingredients
- 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 3 cups white chocolate chips
- 3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tsp peppermint extract
- 1/2 cup crushed peppermint candies
- Optional: Red food coloring for decoration
Instructions
- Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Melt white chocolate chips in one bowl and semi-sweet chocolate chips in another using a microwave or double boiler.
- Stir half of the sweetened condensed milk into each melted chocolate until smooth.
- Mix peppermint extract into the white chocolate mixture.
- Pour half of the semi-sweet mixture into the prepared pan, followed by half of the white chocolate mixture; repeat and swirl together gently.
- Sprinkle crushed peppermint candies on top, adding red food coloring swirls if desired.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours until firm.
- Cut into squares and enjoy!
