- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Prepare the marinade by mixing garlic, lime juice, olive oil, cumin, and spices in a bowl.
- Marinate chicken thighs in the mixture for at least 30 minutes or overnight for enhanced flavor.
- For the creamy green sauce, blend jalapeños, cilantro, green onions, garlic, mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, lime juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Grill or bake marinated chicken at medium-high heat until fully cooked (internal temperature of 165°F).
