Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 16 oz farfalle pasta (or penne)
- 1 cup basil pesto sauce
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
- ¼ cup fresh basil leaves (chiffonade)
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Grill the chicken over medium-high heat for 5-7 minutes per side until cooked through. Slice into strips.
- Boil pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and rinse.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, pesto sauce, and grilled chicken.
- Chill in the refrigerator if serving cold.
- Just before serving, stir in cherry tomatoes and fresh basil strips.
