Ingredients
- 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 yellow onion
- 1 tbsp garlic
- 12 oz frozen assorted vegetables
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 12 oz egg noodles
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Boil water in a large pot, add egg noodles, cook until al dente, then drain.
- In the same pot, melt butter over medium heat. Sauté diced onion and garlic until fragrant.
- Add chicken chunks; cook until browned on all sides.
- Mix in frozen vegetables, bouillon granules, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Pour in soups and milk; stir until heated through.
- Add cooked noodles back in; mix gently and serve hot.
