- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
- 1/4 cup raspberry jam
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Mix in the egg and vanilla until combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Gently fold in the cream cheese until evenly distributed.
- Carefully incorporate the fresh raspberries into the dough.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spaced about 2 inches apart.
- Sprinkle a pinch of granulated sugar on top of each cookie.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are golden; cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
- Drizzle warm cookies with raspberry jam before serving.
