Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- ½ cup unsalted butter, softened

- ½ cup raspberry jam or puree
Instructions
- Cream the softened butter and granulated sugar until fluffy. Mix in the egg and vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the flour and baking powder to form a soft dough, then chill for 30 minutes.
- Roll out the chilled dough on a floured surface and spread raspberry jam evenly over it.
- Roll into a log shape, wrap in plastic wrap, and chill for another hour.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice the log into ¼-inch rounds and bake for 10-12 minutes until lightly golden.
- Cool on a wire rack before serving.
