- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1 cup whipped topping, thawed
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 12 large strawberries, cut in half
- 36 blueberries
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and confectioners' sugar with an electric mixer until smooth.
- Add the whipped topping and almond extract; mix on low speed until well combined.
- Transfer the filling into a pastry bag fitted with a large star tip.
- Pipe the cheesecake filling generously onto the cut side of each halved strawberry.
- Press three blueberries into the filling of each strawberry.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
