Instructions
- Cut the watermelon into cubes if not already done.
- In a blender, combine the watermelon cubes, Greek yogurt, and lime juice. Blend until smooth.
- Taste and add honey or agave syrup as desired; blend briefly to combine.
- If the smoothie is too thick, add a splash of cold water or ice cubes and blend until you reach your preferred consistency.
- Serve immediately in chilled glasses, garnished with mint leaves if desired.
