Ingredients
- 2 lb whole mushrooms
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- Fresh or dried thyme, salt, and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine vegetable oil, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, minced garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Add whole mushrooms to the marinade and toss gently until coated.
- Spread the mushrooms on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast for about 20 minutes, stirring halfway through until tender and caramelized.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
