Instructions
- Prepare the Dough: Mix flour and butter until crumbly; add water as needed. Press into a pie dish and refrigerate for an hour.
- Cook the Onions: Sauté chopped onions in butter over medium heat until soft; let cool.
- Mix the Filling: Beat eggs with salt and pepper; add cream and spinach.
- Assemble the Quiche: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Layer cheese, then salmon in crust; pour egg mixture over top.
- Bake: Start at 425°F for 10 minutes, then reduce to 375°F (190°C) for an additional 20 minutes.
